Whether dealing with sticky mineral froth or heavy sand accumulation, LEVEL IQ - FLOT distinctively separates and profiles each layer. PREDIT's technology enables a customized electrode distribution, providing high accuracy in the froth layer with a freely selectable resolution (accuracy >5 mm) while simultaneously measuring sand accumulation with an appropriate resolution. The sensor rod can be securely positioned to measure from the froth overflow weir all the way down to the bottom.


Traditional sensors struggle with thick mineral froth and abrasive slurry. LEVEL IQ - FLOT sees through the froth layer, the water phase, and the accumulating sand at the bottom of your cell to give you absolute control over your separation process. By tracking exact phase interfaces and solids concentration in real-time, you can drastically optimize reagent dosing. Proactively prevent cell sanding and overflowing, all while maximizing your mineral yield and ensuring stable operation.
