Why cloud?
Because in many industrial applications, real-time second-by-second data simply isn’t needed.
When hundreds of sensors are measuring slowly — like in moisture, solids, or scale monitoring — it makes no sense to embed expensive computing everywhere.
With PREDIT’s cloud architecture, you only need one piece of software — not one per sensor. This significantly reduces cost per sensor. That means there’s no field-side computing, and software maintenance is close to zero.
In addition, one update from the Cloud is distributed to hundreds of sensors at once.
All sensors connect wirelessly via LoRaWAN — and you only need a single gateway, which can be placed up to 1-5 kilometers away. This makes it especially practical for large industrial sites and mining environments.
Measurement data is transmitted to our Cloud engine, where AI-powered diagnostics and DaaS analysis are performed centrally.
The results are returned as unified, actionable reports — ready for visualization, export, or integration into your existing systems.
This also means that PREDIT can provide a single, coherent report combining data from all sensors across your plant — or across the world.
For fixed sensors requiring fast or continuous measurement, LoRaWAN is not used for real-time data. Instead, it’s used for over-the-air updates, configuration, and troubleshooting — keeping your system manageable and maintainable without compromising performance.
